Why "Just for Rachel"?

Right after purchasing our house, my sister, Rachel, left to Alabama for the summer. I was upset she was gone, because like any big sister, she is my go-to style advise (although I don't always take her advise).  We had lots of decisions to make, and I had no idea what I was doing, so more than ever I needed her help! I started a blog, "Just for Rachel", because it really was just for her! It was my way of showing her my different ideas & thrifty finds of mine I didn't think anyone else would care about. The URL was originally justforrachelinalabama.blogspot.com (try to remember that one!) but I changed it as I started to share this blog with others, and show all my thrifty decor adventures! Now I love working on and sharing this blog!

I am trying to get Rachel to be a guest blogger, wouldn't that be awesome? She has some great projects going on at her house right now that I can't wait to have her show you!
